Terms for using pikachucloud.com and submitting a hosting enquiry.

This website provides general information about PikachuCloud and allows visitors to submit an enquiry for managed web hosting, migration assistance and planned services.
2. No automatic service agreement
Submitting an enquiry does not create a hosting contract, reserve capacity or guarantee service availability. Any service will be subject to a separate written proposal, accepted order, payment terms and service conditions.
3. No public pricing
Pricing is not displayed because recommendations are based on the customer’s stated requirement. Any quotation is valid only for the scope, term, currency, taxes and validity period stated in that quotation.
4. Accuracy of information
You agree to provide accurate information when submitting an enquiry. Do not submit content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, malicious or unrelated to a genuine service enquiry.
5. Service descriptions
Website descriptions are general and may refer to possible options rather than guaranteed inclusions. Features, limits, support scope, infrastructure location, migration activities and service levels are confirmed only in the applicable proposal or agreement.
6. Planned services
A service marked as planned, future or waitlist is not currently offered for purchase. Expressing interest does not guarantee a launch date, availability or pricing.
7. Intellectual property
Website text, design elements and branding may not be copied or reused without permission, except where applicable law allows.
8. External services
The website may rely on hosting, email, DNS or other third-party infrastructure. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services outside our control.
9. Disclaimer
The website is provided on an “as available” basis for general information and enquiry handling. To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that every page or form will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
